Accordingly, communes are directly notified as follows:

The Provincial People's Committee requests commune-level authorities to widely disseminate information.
Immediately forward the reservoir operation notice to people, aquaculture households, ferry owners, transport enterprises and sand and gravel mining and transshipment facilities.
Communes must check the safety of all undergoing construction works and riverside material gathering areas.
People are prohibited from approaching landslide-prone areas, deep water areas or construction sites.
Proactively develop quick handling plans for arising situations, ensuring absolute safety in the area.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to proactively develop response scenarios.
The unit proactively advises on handling contents beyond its authority; and at the same time maintains regular reports to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (through the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention) and the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve unusual situations.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police and the Department of Construction to be responsible for guiding vehicle owners, ferry terminals, ferry terminals, and waterway ports to adjust operations in accordance with water level developments.
The anchoring and movement of ships and boats must strictly comply with safety regulations, absolutely not allowing damage to people and property.
