For the Phap Van - Tu Hiep Student Housing Project, the Departments of Construction, Finance and the City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board will coordinate and make final payments according to completed items; to be completed in December 2024. As for the transformer station item, the final payment will be made later.
Regarding the conversion of items A2, A3, A4 to social housing for rent, the Department of Construction and the City Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board will urgently prepare a report proposing the investment policy, organize appraisal, and submit it to the City People's Council for consideration and approval of the investment policy at the meeting in early 2025. On that basis, complete the renovation and upgrading of buildings A2, A3 in 2026, and complete the investment and construction of building A4 no later than 2027.
At the Resettlement Housing Project in Den Lu III Urban Area, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District is requested to focus on directing relevant units to urgently renovate and repair works CT1, CT2, CT3; complete and hand over the works in the second quarter of 2025 to arrange resettlement for projects in the district and other projects in the district.
