On June 28, Nghe An Provincial Police announced the temporary road closure on some central roads of Vinh City on the morning of June 29, serving the "Joining determination - For a drug-free community" Run on the occasion of the Drug Prevention and Control Action Month 2025.
Nghe An Provincial Police have coordinated with Vinh City People's Committee to direct traffic and prohibit vehicles from circulating on routes related to the Launching Ceremony and Competition.
Accordingly, vehicles are not allowed to move (except for vehicles for leaders, delegates, forces on duty, vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony and other priority vehicles as prescribed) on the following routes:
Ho Tung Mau Street: from Ho Tung Mau - Nguyen Tai intersection to Ho Tung Mau - Truong Thi, Phan Dang Luu intersection.
Truong Thi Street: from Truong Thi - Ho Tung Mau intersection, Phan Dang Luu to Truong Thi - Le Nin intersection, Nguyen Phong Sac, Vo Nguyen Hien, Le Hong Phong.
The road closure time is from 06:00 to 07:00 on the morning of June 29.
In addition, Le Nin route will completely ban vehicles from 06:30 to 09:00 on the same day, throughout the competition of the cross-court race. The prohibited road is from the intersection of Le Nin - Truong Thi, Nguyen Phong Sac, Vo Nguyen Hien, Le Hong Phong to the intersection of Le Nin - Nguyen Sy Sach.
The race is held in response to the Drug Prevention and Control Action Month 2025, hoping to raise public awareness of drug prevention and control and create a healthy playground for people.
