Accordingly, in Phan Dinh Phung ward, the entire Doi Can route from Ben Tuong intersection to Nguyen Du intersection will be banned from 12pm to 5:30pm on September 22.

On September 23, the entire Doi Can route from Ben Tuong intersection to Nguyen Du intersection (from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm) was banned, from Ben Tuong intersection to the central roundabout (from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm).
At the same time, the entire Hung Vuong route from the intersection of Ben Tuong Street (the side gate of the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters) to Vo Nguyen Giap Square (from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
In Bac Kan ward, Song Cau walking street, from Doi Ky bridge to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, is closed to vehicles from 6pm to 11pm on September 23.

Localities are assigned to coordinate with functional forces to arrange parking lots, direct traffic and guide traffic to avoid congestion.
The Provincial Police are responsible for ensuring order, guiding smooth travel and restoring the status quo after the road closure period expires.
