During the days when the whole city of Da Nang was heavily affected by floods, officers and soldiers of the Da Nang Border Guard (Da Nang City Border Guard) coordinated with units and philanthropists to deploy forces and means to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and organize the evacuation of people to safe places.

Immediately after receiving the order, the unit mobilized dozens of officers and soldiers to quickly arrive in deeply flooded areas to move people to safety, especially the elderly, women and children. Along with that, supporting food, drinking water, and necessary necessities for isolated households, helping people temporarily stabilize their lives in difficult conditions.
The unit coordinated to mobilize benefactors, Da Lan Huong Kindergarten, volunteer groups and contributions from officers and soldiers of the unit... to support. On the night of October 29, Border Guard officers and soldiers and other units urgently packaged and arranged 2,000 gifts worth 400 million VND including clothes, mineral water, canned meat, bread, dry food, diapers, milk, medicine, etc.
Urgently bring ST450 canoes, specialized motorboats, life jackets and a special working group to the flooded area to grasp the situation and provide relief to people in difficulty in the flooded areas of Hoi An Dong ward, Dien Ban Tay ward, An Thang ward and neighboring areas of Da Nang city.
