On August 26, the survey team of the Central Inspection Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Area 3 worked in Tan Hung commune (Hung Yen province) on the results of implementing key tasks after the restructuring of the apparatus.
From July 1, Tan Hung commune was established on the basis of merging Phuong Nam, Tan Hung communes (old Hung Yen city) and Thu Sy (old Tien Lu district). Immediately after its establishment, the commune Party Committee and government focused on perfecting the organizational apparatus, ensuring smooth and effective operation. On the first day of operation, the commune held the first session of the People's Council of the commune, term I, 2025 - 2030 to pass important resolutions on personnel, establish People's Council committees, specialized agencies under the People's Committee and assign tasks to members.
The work of arranging staff is being implemented synchronously, the working headquarters is arranged from existing facilities, economically and effectively. The Public Administration Service Center of the commune officially operates, receives and resolves 3,575 records, reaching 100%. Despite difficulties in staffing, infrastructure, software and electronic systems that are not yet complete, the staff has proactively overcome them, flexibly received documents directly and issued manual appointment numbers, ensuring the rights of the people.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Area 3, Central Inspection Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and government of Tan Hung commune in the process of implementing the arrangement of administrative units and stabilizing the new organizational apparatus. At the same time, it is necessary to recognize the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of commune officials and civil servants in overcoming difficulties in facilities and technological infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong suggested that the leaders of the People's Committee of the commune continue to pay attention to and promote training and coaching of cadres, upgrading information technology infrastructure and soon completing the electronic "one-stop" software. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of major policies of the Party and State on innovating the apparatus in the political system towards streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency.
