At the regular press conference of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, questions related to the noise of CP Vietnam Company continued to receive attention.
According to Mr. Pham Kim Dang - Deputy Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, the department has received a document reporting on the handling of violations by officials related to the Vietnam Cup case.
"We have handled the violating officers and transferred them to other tasks, at the same time at the veterinary station in charge of slaughter," Mr. Dang informed at the press conference.

According to Mr. Dang, in the coming time, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine will have regulations to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to strengthen supervision and control of slaughter safety and hygiene. At the same time, localities are directed to further strengthen supervision of slaughter safety and hygiene.
Previously, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine received a Report from the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine - Fisheries of Hau Giang province, along with a photo of the 2022 slaughter control monitoring book at the site of the incident, a report from the officer performing slaughter control and a number of other documents.
Through inspection, it was shown that the incident occurred at the Dung - Nga slaughterhouse (Long Thanh commune, Phung Hiep district). The person directly implementing slaughter control (KSGM) is Mr. N.L.C - an official of Phung Hiep District Livestock Station. Mr. C is a Grade III diagnosticologist, trained and certified in related skills.
In the early morning of March 26, 2022, Mr. C sealed a control stamp on one side of the pork before discovering that the other side had inflammation. After that, it was discovered that the remaining body had many inflammatory nodules and did not ensure veterinary hygiene, so it did not stamp KSGM but required the owner of the establishment to destroy this body. The owner of the facility and employees of CP Company discussed and agreed to treat the Veterinary Sanitation of both body parts (including a body part with 2 KSGM stamps) by boiling and changing the purpose of use as seafood feed (fishing ponds right in the premises of the 1.5 ha slaughter facility).
