Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen signed an official dispatch to implement the arrangement of public non-business units.
Accordingly, Mr. Tuyen assigned heads of agencies and local units to implement Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP dated April 8, 2026 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Conclusion No. 210-KL/TW dated November 12, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and complete the organizational structure of the political system in the coming time.
At the same time, implementing Official Dispatch No. 4374/BNV-TCBC dated May 08, 2026 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the implementation of the task of arranging public non-business units according to Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP in accordance with the functions and tasks of agencies, units, and localities.
Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee requested to continue to review, arrange, consolidate the organization and implement the autonomy mechanism for public non-business units under management, ensuring streamlined focal points, effective and efficient operation, suitable to the actual characteristics of each industry, field and locality.
For the Director of the Department of Home Affairs, he will be the focal point to monitor and guide implementation; preside over and coordinate with heads of relevant agencies and units to advise and propose contents under his authority.
