Regarding the art lighting street, the City People's Committee has agreed on the design plan for the Can Tho City Art Lighting Street in 2025 according to the proposal of the City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DOCST).
The total length of the artistic lighting street is about 1.96km (from the intersection of 30/4 - Tran Van Hoai Street to the front of the City People's Committee). There are 3 highlights along the route (the roundabout in front of the City People's Committee, the roundabout in front of Luu Huu Phuoc Park, the intersection of 30/4 - Quang Trung Street) and patterns, decorative lights on both sides of the road, and a small island in the middle of the road.
The art lighting street is implemented according to the socialization policy, and is expected to complete the entire lighting street before January 22, 2025.
As for the Spring Flower Market, the City People's Committee has also agreed on the policy that the Department of Industry and Trade will preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the At Ty Spring Flower Market in 2025. The venue will be at Tay Do Square - Can Tho, Urban Area 586, Phu Thu Ward, Cai Rang District.
This activity aims to support local gardeners to trade and buy ornamental flowers; at the same time, create conditions for traders, gardeners, and ornamental flower producers in Can Tho City and some provinces in the Mekong Delta to have the opportunity to connect, trade, exchange, and exchange goods.
In particular, with the art flower street, after 4 years of suspension (from the COVID-19 pandemic until now), this year the city aims to implement an art flower street to meet the expectations of local people.

The venue is on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Tan An ward, Ninh Kieu district. Previously, the city has made many art flower streets at this location and received support from locals and tourists.

The most recent New Year's flower street in Can Tho City was held on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2021, with a budget of 6 billion VND.
In the years from 2022 to 2024, due to financial difficulties, the city will not build an art flower street, instead only decorating the Spring flower garden and the art flower garden with a moderate scale at Hau River Park to serve visitors.
