TOEIC English proficiency requirement from 300 - 450 or higher

ACV is one of the units recruiting the largest number of workers with 891 people. In particular, for jobs at the Port Office such as: General specialist, legal officer, communications, administrative and professional, archival, receptionist... all must be graduated from College, University and have English (TOEIC must be at least 400 - 450 or equivalent).
In addition, ACV also recruits many workers to work in the Finance and Accounting Department, Human Resources Organization Department, Planning Department, Business Department, Technical - Technology - Environmental Department, Safety - Quality Control Department... and requires university level as well as English proficiency.
Office driver employees in addition to a suitable driver's license also need to have English proficiency (TOEIC is at least 300 or equivalent or higher). For cooking, processing, and serving staff, only high school graduation or higher is required.
At the station operation center, ACV also recruits many station equipment operators; Information technology engineers; low-voltage power system operators, maintenance and repair engineers; construction operation, maintenance and repair engineers... requiring a full university degree in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, telecommunications, information technology, electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration... and a minimum TOEIC English proficiency of 450 or equivalent or higher.
In addition, the station exploitation center also recruits many positions that only require high school graduation, or intermediate technical graduation or higher or a worker of level 3/7 in the right major and also requires English proficiency (TOEIC at least 300 or equivalent or higher) for the positions: station equipment operator, BHS operator...
Vietnam Airlines Vice President (VACS) needs to recruit 118 people at Long Thanh airport. In particular, the company needs to recruit 20 chefs, 15 delivery staff, 15 transportation staff, 25 security control staff and 43 unskilled workers (for division and installation of trays, kitchen assistants, preliminary processing, packaging, tenon-ton, uniforms, warehouses) ... with the basic standard of having graduated from PTTH and not exceeding 35 years old.
A catering company also recruits positions: 2 Deputy General Directors, 6 Department Heads, 8 Deputy Department Heads, 11 Department Heads... The recruitment period of this unit is mainly in April, May, June 2026.
Prioritizing local people working at Long Thanh airport
Previously, on August 23, ACV coordinated with the locality and airlines to organize the Long Thanh Airport Job Fair in An Phuoc commune and attracted about 9,000 online registrationates; more than 2,000 students from high schools, colleges, and universities in Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City to attend.
However, according to the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province, after the job fair, students and workers are recruited from enterprises (pre-recruited), then enterprises must provide additional training in professional contents of specific job positions according to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (issued with certificates), then they are eligible to work in Long Thanh airport.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, Head of the Long Thanh Airport Planning and Exploitation Board, hopes that the recruited human resources will ensure standards and quality.
"After being recruited, aviation industry units continue to organize, train, coach and send them to work at the airports managed by ACV to get used to the work, helping Long Thanh airport operate smoothly as soon as it opens" - Mr. Phong said.
ACV also pays special attention, prioritizing the recruitment of local workers to work at the airport if they meet the conditions.
According to the Long Thanh Airport Planning and Exploitation Board: Aviation staff requires many criteria, in addition to professional qualifications and foreign languages, they also need to have 3 qualities: Respect principles and be highly disciplined; be healthy, withstand great work pressure; have communication, behavior skills, and coordinate group work.
Long Thanh airport is planned to reach level 4F according to the decentralization of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO); is an important international airport of the country, aiming to become one of the air transit centers in the region, with a scale and capacity after completing all 3 phases of 100 million passengers/year and 5 million tons of cargo/year.
In phase 1, the project is investing in the construction of 2 runways, 1 passenger terminal with a capacity of 25 million passengers/year, 1 cargo terminal with a capacity of 550,000 tons of cargo/year and synchronous auxiliary items.
