Khanh Hoa - Traffic Police force organizes surveys of intersections between roads and railways.

On April 20, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police (Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station) coordinated with Ninh Hoa Ward People's Committee and Ninh Hoa Ward Police to survey intersections between roads and railways in the area.

Through actual review, functional forces discovered 2 self-opened paths through the railway line at Km1274+375 and Km1280+300, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.

The inter-sectoral team has closed these 2 self-opened walkways with reinforced concrete, not allowing vehicles to arbitrarily cross the railway line. This is a solution to ensure road and railway traffic order and safety, limiting the risk of accidents that may occur.

According to the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, handling self-opened walkways is a key task in ensuring traffic safety in the area, especially in areas where railways pass through residential areas.

In the coming time, the traffic police force will continue to coordinate with local authorities to strengthen inspections of all railway intersections. Potential accident risk locations will be reviewed and handled promptly, resolutely closing illegally opened walkways.

Functional agencies also recommend that people living along both sides of the railway line strictly prohibit arbitrarily opening cross-sections to ensure safety for themselves and the community.
