On the afternoon of June 30, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee organized a conference to announce the deployment of a set of criteria for evaluating and ranking collectives and individuals in the political system in the form of direct combination with online to departments, agencies, branches and communes and wards in the area.
Speaking at the opening, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa said that the system is built in the direction of taking task performance results as the center, taking work products as the basis and digital data as the foundation for evaluation.
This is not only a software for managing officials and work, but also a transparent and objective evaluation tool, serving directing and operating work.
To date, the system has been deployed in 16 departments, agencies, branches and 56 communes and wards; 100% of officials and civil servants in the government sector have been granted accounts for use.
Initial data recorded more than 15,800 work tracking questionnaires, over 14,500 personal evaluation questionnaires, more than 23,000 updated tasks and over 8,100 evaluations in the first 6 months of 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Van Hoi highly appreciated Cao Bang for being the first locality to promulgate and announce a set of evaluation criteria according to Regulation No. 366-QD/TW and Decree No. 335/2025/ND-CP.
At the same time, it is proposed that the province continue to link the evaluation results with planning, appointment, training and improving the quality of the contingent of cadres.
Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An launched the implementation of phase II of the system from July 1, 2026 and strived to put it into unified operation throughout the political system from October 1, 2026.
Cao Bang province will continue to improve the digital platform, improve data analysis capabilities to serve leadership and administration work.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Home Affairs supported Cao Bang with 841.8 tons of rice to help people affected by floods.
Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group donated 1 billion VND to support the installation of solar power systems for households, contributing to promoting digital transformation and administrative reform.
