The first prize is the candidate code SD01 of Transport Engineering Design Corporation - JSC (TEDI) with a score of 89.73 points; The second prize is the candidate code DV18 of Southern Transport Engineering Design Joint Stock Company (TEDI SOUTH) with a score of 75.00 points; The third prize is the candidate code MN35 of Bridge - Tunnel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company (BRITEC) with a score of 72.09 points.
Previously, on January 15, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for Cat Lai bridge (Dai Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province) across the Dong Nai River connecting Ho Chi Minh City.
The Cat Lai bridge construction investment project has a total investment of about 18,299 billion VND. The project has a total length of more than 11.6 km (Cat Lai bridge is about 3km long), with a scale of 6 lanes for motorized vehicles and 2 lanes for rudimentary vehicles. The project starts in Cat Lai ward, Ho Chi Minh City and the project ends at the intersection with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway (Dai Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province).
The winning investor is a joint venture led by Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC, a joint venture with CC1 Asset Management and Service Co., Ltd., and CC1 Investment Joint Stock Company.
Construction time from 2026 - 2029.
Cat Lai Bridge is a strategic transport project spanning the Dong Nai River - the "backbone" connecting the inter-regional development space of the Southeast region, located in the overall connection between Long Thanh airport and Ho Chi Minh City, route T1 - National Highway 51 - Provincial Road 25C.
