The Department of Construction requests Hoang Nam Transport Joint Stock Company (Thai Hoc Bus Company) to immediately rectify the above violation, and at the same time propagate, educate, and disseminate the team of drivers and service staff on the vehicle to comply with the regulations of Road Traffic Order and Safety, Road Law when driving vehicles participating in traffic; request strict handling of drivers driving vehicles 38B-012.14 according to regulations, report the results of inspection and handling to the Department of Construction before March 28.

Working with the police, driver D stated that he used his phone to play games to reduce stress.
After checking by the traffic police, the passenger bus with license plate 38B-012.14 driven by driver D had expired (ited for inspection until March 10, 2025).
The traffic police fined the driver 10 million VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license according to regulations.
