On January 25, An Giang Provincial Police concluded the activities to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress in Ca Mau province.
Accordingly, in 2 days (January 24-25), An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with Ca Mau Provincial Police to organize the inauguration and handover of the "House 19.8" project and survey the source, political activities at Hon Da Bac National Historical Relic Site - CM12 Counterintelligence Planning Command Center.

This is also a practical activity of emulation to achieve achievements towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026).
The house was handed over to the family of Mrs. Dang Kim Em (resident of Phong Thanh commune, Ca Mau province). It is known that Mrs. Kim Em's family is a household in particularly difficult circumstances, currently she is suffering from a stroke and cannot walk, the old house has seriously deteriorated, and the family is unable to build a new one.
Faced with that situation, An Giang Provincial Police supported Ms. Kim Em's family with 70 million VND to build a new spacious and airy house. After a period of construction, the house was completed and put into use with an area of 36m2, solid reinforced concrete structure, tiled floor, corrugated iron roof.

Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Sang - Head of the Political Affairs Department of An Giang Provincial Police emphasized: The handover of "House 19.8" is an activity with profound humanistic meaning, showing the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source", the spirit of mutual affection and responsibility of officers and soldiers of An Giang Provincial Police in social security work.
The house handed over right before the Lunar New Year is not only a material gift, but also the heart and sharing of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police, along with the joint efforts of philanthropists, with the desire to help families have a spacious home, celebrate the traditional Tet in a warm, peaceful and happy atmosphere.
The Head of the Political Affairs Department also wished Ms. Kim Em's family to preserve and maintain the house well, soon stabilize their lives, feel secure in labor and production, and welcome a joyful and warm Tet at the new house. At the same time, the family continues to well comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and actively participate in the movement of the whole people to protect national security in the locality, contributing to the police force ensuring security and order for the people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet right at the grassroots level.

Happy to be in the new house, Ms. Kim Em's family thanked the care and support of An Giang Provincial Police so that the family today has a new house that the family has dreamed of for many years.
On this occasion, An Giang Provincial Police also presented Ms. Kim Em's family with many valuable gifts to help the family in daily life.
In addition to the house handover activity, the Youth Committee and Women's Committee of the Police of the 2 provinces also organized a political activity at the Hon Da Bac National Historical Relic Area (Da Bac commune, Ca Mau province). Here, the working delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, listened to tour guides present about the ingenious, courageous, creative and heroic fighting process of the People's Police force in the CM12 Counterintelligence Plan that went down in history as a particularly outstanding feat of the People's Police force.

Lieutenant Colonel Truong Van Quoc - Head of the Youth Committee of An Giang Provincial Police - shared: "Through these activities, it contributes to strengthening revolutionary tradition education, raising awareness, and arousing pride in each cadre and youth union member of the Provincial Police about the heroic tradition, the steadfast will of revolutionary soldiers.
