At about 10:33 a.m. on December 24, 2025, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Lam Dong Provincial Police received a fire report via hotline 114 at Nhan Dao Youth Group under the Women's Union of the Holy spirit.
The incident occurred in village 3, Cam Ly ward - Da Lat, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Khoe (1952).
Immediately after receiving the information, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department dispatched 4 fire trucks, 1 command vehicle, 29 officers, soldiers, and 1 commander to the scene.
At 11:18 a.m., the authorities arrived at the fire area. Through reconnaissance, the fire was determined to have originated in 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the 2-storey house, with a burning area of about 48m2, the main burning substances included cushions, fabric, wood and household items. No one was trapped.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department deployed water spraying to put out the fire and prevent the fire from spreading. By 11:38 a.m., the fire was under control; by 11:50 a.m., it was completely extinguished.
Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties. Regarding property damage being counted by authorities
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
