At noon on March 16, a fire occurred at a factory in Binh My commune, creating a black smoke column tens of meters high, causing many people to panic.
According to initial information from local people, at about 12 noon on the same day, a fire suddenly broke out at a manufacturing company located in Binh My commune. Because the factory house contained many flammable materials, the fire quickly spread and flared up fiercely.

In just a short time, the fire engulfed the entire workshop area, a column of black smoke rose tens of meters high, which could be clearly seen from afar. People present at the scene tried to put out the fire on the spot but failed.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue forces immediately dispatched many fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to urgently arrive at the scene. The soldiers deployed many approach routes, making efforts to spray water cannons to extinguish the fire.


By nearly 2 pm on the same day, the fire was basically under control. Functional forces continued to spray water to cool down the scene to prevent the fire from rekindling and prevent it from spreading to neighboring residential areas.
Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties. However, the fire burned down many belongings inside the factory. Currently, functional forces are blockading the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the fire.
