Dong Nai approves component project of ring road connecting Ho Chi Minh City worth over 10,000 billion VND

Dong Nai - Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 through the province is more than 46km long and is divided into 2 component projects.

On March 16, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve Sub-project 1-2, compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads and side roads on the territory of Dong Nai province under the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project.

Component projects 1-2 have a total investment of more than 10,000 billion VND.

The project has 2 investment items including the construction of service roads, side roads and compensation, support, resettlement, and relocation of technical infrastructure.

In which, the item of building service roads and side roads with a total length of nearly 62km; the item of compensation, support, resettlement, and relocation of technical infrastructure with a total recovered land area of more than 443ha, the total number of households expected to be resettled is about 1,119 households. Relocating technical infrastructure of 110kV, 220kV, 500kV power lines, medium and low voltage electricity, telecommunications cables, water supply pipes, and lighting within the project area.

The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project with a total length of 159km passes through the provinces of: Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City. Phase 1, the project has a total investment of more than 120,000 billion VND invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).

In which, Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City through Dong Nai province is more than 46km long and is divided into 2 component projects including: Component Project 1-2, compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads and side roads (using local budget capital); Component Project 2-2, construction of the road is implemented according to the PPP method.
