Big fire at DK Bike electric vehicle factory in Lang Son

Lang Son - A large fire broke out at the factory of DK Bike Company in Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city.

On the morning of October 4, confirming with Lao Dong reporter, the leader of Hoang Dong Commune People's Committee, Lang Son City said that a fire had just occurred at the factory of DK Bike Company (Hoang Dong Commune).

Accordingly, the fire broke out at around 7am. Immediately after discovering the fire, authorities were present to put it out.

"Fortunately, the fire broke out before the shift started so there were not many workers in the factory area. Currently, the authorities are still trying to control the fire," said the leader of the People's Committee of Hoang Dong commune.

According to people living near the factory, the black smoke column rose tens of meters high.

After more than an hour, the fire is still being controlled by authorities, and specialized fire trucks continue to be dispatched to the scene.

DK Bike is a brand that manufactures and trades electric bicycles, electric motorbikes, 50CC motorbikes and electric cars, with electric vehicle lines suitable for secondary school students, high school students, students, working people and housewives.

Currently, this unit has 2 factories in Lang Son province. The second factory is invested according to international standards with a total investment of 7 million USD, with an assembly capacity of up to 600 vehicles/day, equivalent to 450,000 vehicles/year.
