According to initial information, at about 2 am on May 7, a large fire occurred at a store selling household appliances and clothes in residential group 5 De Tham, Thuc Phan ward. Initial property damage is estimated at over 6 billion VND.
People discovered smoke and fire rising from the store, so they quickly reported it to the functional forces. Because the inside contained many flammable materials, the fire quickly broke out and spread.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police force of the Provincial Police mobilized officers and soldiers along with specialized vehicles to urgently go to the scene to deploy firefighting measures to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent households.

After many hours of firefighting efforts, the fire was controlled and completely extinguished.
The fire did not cause any casualties, but many goods and assets inside the store were burned down.
The cause of the fire is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
