    The fire occurred at about 10 am on May 2nd in the Dinh Ngo intersection area, An Phong ward. The fire broke out, spreading to many stalls in this area. Columns of smoke rose hundreds of meters high.

    Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Lam Van Dat - Chairman of An Phong Ward People's Committee said that immediately after receiving the news, functional forces and local authorities quickly arrived and coordinated to handle it. By nearly 11 am, the fire was basically under control.
