According to initial information, the fire occurred at a resident's house (Phu Luong Auction Area, Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi City) at about 2 am this morning (September 3rd).
Immediately after receiving the news, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police urgently dispatched 4 fire trucks from Fire and Rescue Teams No. 4, 15 - Fire and Rescue Police Department (Hanoi City Police), along with 24 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene to organize firefighting and rescue.
When approaching the scene, functional forces determined that the fire occurred on the 1st floor of a 6-story house with 1 attic, with 2 people trapped on the 2nd floor.
Fire and Rescue Police deployed ladders and used specialized equipment to demolish the "tiger cage" in the 2nd floor area of the house to rescue victims, and at the same time organized firefighting.
At about 2:27 am, police safely brought the 2 trapped people out.

After a period of firefighting and rescue efforts, at about 2:35 am on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties, and did not spread to neighboring houses and upper floors.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified.
