Initial information, at about 2:30 PM on June 21, a tractor-trailer with license plate 37H-110. xx carrying more than 100 motorbikes of all kinds traveling on National Highway 1 in the North - South direction, when reaching the middle of Ben Thuy 2 bridge (crossing the Lam River, connecting Ha Tinh province with Nghe An province) suddenly caught fire.
Immediately after discovering the fire, the driver stopped the car and called the fire department to fight the fire.
Upon receiving the news, the fire and rescue police force was present at the scene to spray water to put out the fire.
After the fire was extinguished, almost all the motorbikes carried on the truck bed were burned down.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified.
