On June 6, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the province decided to supplement more than 22.8 billion VND for provincial, commune, and ward-level agencies to adjust and digitize backlogged dossiers and documents of Party agencies and organizations.
Of which, more than 12.4 billion VND is for editing archival documents and other expenses; more than 10.4 billion VND is used to digitize archival records.
This funding is allocated from the allocated source in the provincial state budget estimate for 2026.
The Provincial People's Committee requests units allocated funds to manage, use and finalize settlements in accordance with regulations, to prevent loss, waste, and negativity. The Department of Finance is assigned to inspect the management and use of funds at agencies and units.
Provincial units were supplemented with 5.7 thousand VND. In which, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province received 3.6 billion VND; the Provincial Party Committee Office more than 1.1 billion VND; Lang Son Newspaper and Radio, Television 910 million VND.
The commune and ward blocks are allocated 17.1 billion VND. Some localities with large budgets include Dong Kinh ward 2.2 billion VND, Chi Lang commune 1.1 billion VND, Bac Son commune 1.02 billion VND, Ky Lua ward 992 million VND, Van Quan commune 786 million VND, Na Sam commune 701 million VND and Loc Binh commune 676 million VND.
The additional funding is to handle the amount of dossiers and archived documents still pending at Party agencies and organizations in the area, and at the same time serve the work of searching, exploiting data and digital transformation in the operation of the local political system.
