Accordingly, from 4 pm to 11 pm on May 8, trucks from 2.5T, passenger cars from 29 seats or more are prohibited from circulating towards the event center. During the temporary traffic diversion period, the Traffic Police Department - Hai Phong City Police requests vehicle drivers participating in traffic to proactively determine their travel routes, comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and the guidance of traffic control forces.
