Vehicles entering the emergency lane should actively maintain distance, speed, prevent accidents and give way when there is a priority vehicle signal.
During lane division, no penalties for emergency lane violations.
Traffic police motorbikes patrol, assist in resolving incidents and support priority vehicles.
