Allow vehicles to enter the emergency lane on Ring Road 3

    Hanoi Traffic Police force divides lanes for vehicles to enter the emergency lane on Ring Road 3 from 4:00 p.m. on January 24 to 6:00 a.m. on January 25.

    Due to the high traffic volume from the city center to the gateway to the capital, from 4:00 p.m. today (January 24) to 6:00 a.m. tomorrow (January 25), Hanoi Traffic Police will divide the lanes for vehicles to enter the emergency lane on Ring Road 3.

    Vehicles entering the emergency lane should actively maintain distance, speed, prevent accidents and give way when there is a priority vehicle signal.

    During lane division, no penalties for emergency lane violations.

    Traffic police motorbikes patrol, assist in resolving incidents and support priority vehicles.
