On October 23, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board (Dak Lak province) confirmed that the investor is handling the case of trees planted near the frontage of people's houses. Accordingly, the tree planting project on No Trang Long Street (Buon Ho Ward) was approved, and site clearance was carried out before starting the implementation of the 2-level local government.
After that, the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board received the project and planted trees according to the design documents.
The leader of the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the press reports that some trees planted near people's homes are correct. The investor admitted that there was unreasonableness. Therefore, the unit has scheduled a meeting with the People's Committee of Buon Ho Ward to resolve this situation. Thereby, to complete the project on schedule and properly handle the concerns of households.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that in recent days, many households living along No Trang Long road (Buon Ho ward, Dak Lak province) have been upset and have petitioned the government to handle the unreasonable situation of planting trees. Many trees are planted close together, even right in front of people's houses, causing loss of aesthetics, hindering the development of trees, and posing a potential risk of insecurity.
It is noted that on No Trang Long road, there are currently dozens of lentil trees planted since the beginning of October 2025. The project is invested by the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape, contributing to improving urban infrastructure. However, immediately after the implementation, many feedback opinions were sent to local authorities.
According to the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board (the unit managing the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board), the investor has not implemented it closely, following the original design but not surveying the current status, leading to the planting of trees encroaching on people's houses.
