Initial information, at nearly 7:00 p.m. the same day, in Dong Hoa ward (formerly Di An city, Binh Duong province), there was heavy rain and wind.

The strong winds caused some trees over 10 m high, with a diameter of about 45 cm, on Tan Hoa Street to be uprooted and fallen onto the road.

At this time, a woman driving a motorbike carrying her 5th grade nephew was hit by a tree while traveling on Tan Hoa Street.

Discovering the incident, many people ran to find a way to pull the two of them out and take them to the emergency room.

According to records, 3 trees planted about 10-20 m apart were uprooted. The fallen trees blocked the road, the tree stumps had very few roots.

After receiving the report, Dong Hoa ward authorities arrived to handle the scene.
