In recent days, many households living along No Trang Long road (Buon Ho ward, Dak Lak province) have been upset and petitioned local authorities to handle the unreasonable planting of trees.
It is worth mentioning that many trees are planted close to or right in front of people's houses, causing both unsightly damage and hindering the growth of trees, and posing a potential risk of insecurity.
Mr. H.X.S, a household in the area, said that about two weeks ago, an employee came to plant trees in the neighborhood. The entire row of houses was planted with new, small lentils.
"However, many trees are planted near people's houses. Currently, the trees are still small so they have not been affected, but when they grow, they will get stuck in the roof, which is both dangerous and unsightly, said Mr. S.

Similarly, Ms. T.T.T.H said that the employee arbitrarily planted trees right on the family's well, causing damage to the infrastructure. The tree is also located right in front of the house, on the family's land.
"This is unreasonable and needs to be handled immediately. People all support the policy of urban beauty, but such a way of doing things is unacceptable. Many households in the neighborhood have petitioned the Party Committee and People's Committee of Buon Ho ward for resolution," said Ms. H.

According to records, on No Trang Long road, there are currently dozens of lentil trees planted in early October 2025.
The project is invested by the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board, aiming to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape, contributing to improving urban infrastructure. However, immediately after the implementation, many feedback opinions were sent to local authorities.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Buon Ho Ward confirmed the incident and said that he was coordinating with the investor to handle it appropriately.
According to the initial report, the investor said that the tree planting was carried out in accordance with the design documents, with about 70 new trees planted, and combined with the renovation of the road system, drainage and sidewalks.
