Dak Lak - The authorities are taking action to clarify the incident, clarifying the case of people being upset because the trees were planted right next to the frontage of the house.

On October 20, the leader of the Dak Lak Province Traffic and Rural Development Investment Project Management Board (Board A) said that the unit had requested the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board to report the incident of planting trees near the frontage of a house.

Currently, the relevant parties are coordinating to resolve the issue appropriately. According to the leaders of Board A, the Management Board of the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project is responsible for handling and overcoming the above situation to suit the reality.

The investor has implemented it incoherently, following the original design but not surveying the current status, leading to the planting of trees close to people's houses.

Regarding this incident, Ms. T.T.T.H said that in my land, the investor arbitrarily planted trees that were not suitable, causing damage to the infrastructure, causing the family to spend money on repairs.

"I affirm that my family did not build encroachment on sidewalk land; the green tree growing area was within the area of land that had been granted a red book by my family," Ms. H added.

Therefore, Ms. H and many households in the neighborhood hope to receive a clear explanation and reasonable handling from the authorities and local authorities.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that in recent days, many households living along No Trang Long road (Buon Ho ward, Dak Lak province) have been upset and have petitioned the government to handle the unreasonable situation of planting trees.

Many trees are planted close together, even right in front of people's houses, causing loss of aesthetics, hindering the development of trees, and posing a potential risk of insecurity.

It is noted that on No Trang Long road, there are currently dozens of lentil trees planted since the beginning of October 2025.

The project is invested by the Buon Ho Construction Investment Project Management Board to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape, contributing to improving urban infrastructure. However, immediately after the implementation, many feedback opinions were sent to local authorities.

According to the initial report, the investor said that the tree planting was carried out in accordance with the design documents, with about 70 new trees planted, and combined with the renovation of the road system, drainage and sidewalks.
