At 4:20 p.m. on October 4, at the "Sally con" restaurant in the kiosk of Tien Lang commune stadium (village 8, Tien Lang commune) owned by Mr. Bui Dinh Th (born in 1993, residing in Nam Phong 2 village, Tan Minh commune, Hai Phong), an incident suspected to be caused by a gas leak occurred.
As a result, Bui Dinh Th suffered a burn, the "Thang Ocul" restaurant and 2 milk tea shops next to it were damaged.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Commune Police force and the people took the victim to the emergency room, coordinated with relevant units to verify and clarify.
According to local witnesses, the explosion caused the corrugated iron roof and many items in the restaurant to be thrown away. The victim was burned, a person riding a motorbike passing by the restaurant at the time of the explosion was also thrown onto the road.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified.
