At Riec field, Ly Nhan village, Phu Xuan commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province leaders kindly asked and talked with farmers and gave lucky money at the beginning of the year.
The Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee emphasized that in 2025, the province strives for double-digit economic growth. To achieve this goal, all levels, sectors, units, localities, and especially all classes of people must join in and start production right from the beginning of the year.
Mr. Dang Xuan Phong requested the agricultural sector and localities to focus on guiding farmers to sow spring rice in the best time frame; review and advise the province to develop and promulgate mechanisms and policies to support farmers, enhance the application of science and technology, and promote mechanization of production stages. Thereby, creating products with productivity, quality, and economic value associated with building agricultural product brands, meeting the requirements of sustainable agricultural development.
At Riec field, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong and Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Chairman Tran Duy Dong went to the field to plant rice, encouraging farmers in Phu Xuan commune on the first day of the new spring.
