At the conference, representatives of enterprises in Vinh Phuc province frankly raised difficulties and problems in the process of operation, focusing on areas such as: Searching for investment opportunities, taxes, capital, agriculture, land, environment, mechanisms, policies, etc.
Having difficulty in expanding production, Mr. Le Xuan Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Anh Production and Trading Company Limited, proposed that Vinh Phuc province create conditions for businesses to clear land to expand projects and adjust and extend investment certificates. At the same time, ensuring electricity and water supply for businesses to stabilize production.
Representing Korean enterprises in Vinh Phuc, Mr. Lee Jong Young, General Director of Haesung Vina Vinh Phuc Company Limited, said that according to the forecast in the last months of 2025, enterprises will boost production, so the demand for labor recruitment and stabilizing power sources for production plays an important role.
Therefore, we hope that Vinh Phuc province will remove difficulties in labor recruitment, the need for social housing for workers and stabilize the supply of electricity.

Listening to and directly responding to the proposals and recommendations of enterprises, Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee, pledged to continue to promote administrative procedure reform, complete related planning as a basis for calling for and attracting investment; speed up compensation and site clearance for investors, create an open and transparent investment and business environment, promote digital transformation, create the most favorable conditions for enterprises to operate and develop.
Along with that, Vinh Phuc province allocates maximum resources for resettlement projects; promotes social housing projects to help workers stabilize and feel secure in contributing to businesses. Vinh Phuc province allocates resources to connect transport infrastructure with areas, expanding economic space.
Currently, in Vinh Phuc province, there are about 17,000 registered enterprises with a total investment capital of about VND 292,400 billion, of which more than 10,000 enterprises are operating in production and business, creating stable jobs for about 582,600 workers, contributing up to 90% of the province's total budget revenue. Enterprises in the province mainly focus on operating in the industries of industry, construction and trade and services.
