People here said that in addition to the collapse of the walls, many plasterboard tiles in the ceiling were broken, scattered, and strong winds also caused many items in this apartment complex to be disrupted.

The impact of storm No. 13 on the night of November 6 also swept away the glass doors at Phu Tai apartment building, the ceilings at Hoang Anh Gia Lai apartment building were also broken and flew all over.
Not only the apartment area, many houses in Tay Son commune (Gia Lai) also had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage that evening.

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 11-12 (103-133km/h), gusting to level 14. It is forecasted that in the next 3 hours, the storm will move mainly in the west-northwest direction, at a speed of about 25-30km/h.

At 1:00 a.m. on November 7, the center of the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude - 107.8 degrees east longitude; on the mainland from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak. Strong wind level 8, gust level 10.
It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the storm will continue to move west-northwest at about 30 km/h, to the southern Laos and weaken into a tropical depression, with winds of level 6, gusting to level 8.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will weaken into a low pressure area in the eastern part of Thailand, with winds below level 6.
