On the evening of May 16, in Chieng Di 2 village, Van Ho commune, the Department of Communication of the People's Police in coordination with the Son La Provincial Police organized the art exchange program "For peace in the village", attracting thousands of people and tourists to participate.

The program is within the framework of the "For the Peace of the Village" festival, aiming to spread the image of police officers who are close to the people, close to the people.
Thereby, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc in ensuring security and order, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas.
At the program, people watched reports such as "Impressions of a peaceful festival", "Impressions of local transformation", "For peaceful life", "Near the people, close to the people, serving the people".

Many unique art performances imbued with the Northwest identity were also performed such as "Uncle Ho with the People's Police", "Uncle Ho with the Northwest compatriots", mashup "Your village policeman - Policeman returns to the village", "For the people to always trust and love", "Highland Market" and the "Sound of Solidarity" circle.

The program also included an exchange with Major Ca Van Nghia, Deputy Head of Van Ho Commune Police; Mr. Mua A Song, Former Vice Chairman of Long Luong Commune People's Committee; Comrade Mua A Phu, Head of Co Cham village self-management security team, Van Ho commune.
Along with Captain Le Trung Dung, Lieutenant Colonel - Journalist Le Dung and Mr. Trang A Chu, guests shared everyday stories, spreading the spirit of responsibility for the community.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 12 individuals with achievements in the "All people protect national security" movement and presented 19 gifts to policy families and poor students overcoming difficulties in Van Ho commune.
