On May 15, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among workers, civil servants, and laborers in the period 2021-2025.
By March 2026, the Provincial Labor Federation directly managed 186 grassroots trade unions with 12,627 union members. In the past 5 years, trade union levels have seriously implemented the study and thorough understanding of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW associated with annual topics of the Central Government and the province.
100% of full-time trade union officials and over 95% of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers are trained in core contents on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. Activities to study and follow Uncle Ho are associated with political tasks, innovate trade union operating methods, care for and protect the rights of workers, and promote digital transformation.
In the period 2021-2025, many typical models and initiatives were effectively implemented. Trade union levels have mobilized the construction of official residences for teachers in difficult communes of Muong La district; organized Vietnamese discount booths to serve workers in Mai Son, Phu Yen.
The movement "Good labor, creative labor" continues to spread strongly with 22 initiatives awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with a total benefit value of more than 62.5 billion VND. Many outstanding initiatives in the fields of forestry, health, education, and communication have contributed to improving the effectiveness of professional work and serving people.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Cha A Cua, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province, acknowledged and praised the outstanding results of the Provincial Trade Union organization in studying and following Uncle Ho. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, and better care for the lives of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation awarded thematic Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives and 30 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the period 2021-2025.
