On January 16, 2026, in Quang Truc commune, the Social Work Group "The Friends" in coordination with the Youth Union of Saigon Tobacco Company, the Youth Union of Binh Dan Hospital and local authorities organized a charity program with the theme "Border Spring - Loving Tet".

The program implements many practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of people in border areas. The delegation of doctors and nurses organized medical examinations and free medicine distribution for 300 people, contributing to raising awareness of health care and timely support for people in difficult circumstances.
Along with that, the Organizing Committee presented 300 Tet gifts to poor households and families in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND (including 300,000 VND for necessities and 200,000 VND in cash). At the same time, 70 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND, were awarded to poor students overcoming difficulties and studying well, in order to encourage them during Tet and Spring.

The program also presented gifts and essential living utensils to officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station, showing concern and encouragement to the forces that are day and night protecting border sovereignty.
At the program, many exchange activities and community activities were also organized such as children's playgrounds, gong and gong exchanges in the Central Highlands, visits to historical sites and local tourist attractions, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere.
The program "Border Spring - Loving Tet" has profound humanistic meaning, not only contributing to caring for the lives of people and children in difficult areas, but also promptly encouraging the spirit of soldiers in border areas, helping everyone celebrate Tet in harmony and warmth.
