On the evening of April 15, images of a girl around 16-20 years old wandering alone on National Highway 13 spread online.
When she reached the section passing Suoi Giua toll station (Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the girl walked out and stood on the line separating the car lane and the rudimentary vehicle lane.
At one point, the girl sat on the median strip between National Highway 13. After that, this girl lay completely in the car lane. Vehicles passing by had to avoid to avoid accidents.
The incident attracted the attention of passersby. However, seeing that the girl showed unusual signs, people did not dare to approach. The incident was later reported to functional agencies.

People said that at noon on the same day, they saw a girl with unusual signs walking from So Sao intersection (Hoa Loi ward) to Suoi Giua toll station (Chanh Hiep ward).
Upon receiving the news, the functional forces of Chanh Hiep ward were present to bring the girl from outside National Highway 13 to the side of the road for vehicles to circulate and ensure safety for this girl.
Currently, the functional unit of Chanh Hiep ward is verifying the identity of the girl to handle the case.
