On March 1, Can Tho City Police said that, implementing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security and local Public Security in the direction of streamlining to better serve the people, the City Police will guide agencies, organizations, and individuals to carry out administrative procedures in the field of issuing Judicial Records from March 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the unit implementing the project is the Department of Professional records, Can Tho City Police.
Procedures include: issuing Judicial Records to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam (procedural code: 3,000333); issuing Judicial Records at the request of state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, Vietnamese citizens, foreigners residing in Vietnam (procedural code: 3,000334); issuing Judicial Records at the request of the prosecution agency, Vietnamese citizens, foreigners residing in Vietnam (procedural code: 3,000335).
Regarding the form of receiving documents, the City Police encourage people to do so through the VNeID application or the Ministry of Public Security's Online Public Service Portal. This method helps reduce time and costs, while increasing the publicity and transparency of administrative procedures. Organizations and individuals can do it at any time of the day, anywhere with an internet connection, especially monitoring and supervising the status of file settlement.

People can also go directly to the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center at 109, Nguyen Trai Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
For cases of submitting documents before March 1, 2025, requesting the City Department of Justice to issue a Judicial Record Certificate but not yet receiving the settlement results, people should contact the City Police to receive the results at the Public Administration Service Center, or contact the City Post Office via the public postal service according to the registered content when requesting to carry out the procedure.
