On July 12, Dak Lak Provincial Police held a launching ceremony for the Youth Volunteer Movement to support the operation of the 2-level local government model and a 30-day peak emulation campaign to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
According to the plan, Dak Lak Provincial Police established 110 volunteer youth teams, with 710 volunteers.
Of which, there are 8 teams in affiliated units and 102 teams in 102 communes and wards. The plan will be implemented from July to December 2025.
At the provincial level, the provincial police deploy the implementation on weekdays. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays, at public administrative units and professional units, towards the grassroots level in the border area.
Commune and ward police levels deploy the implementation on working days of the week, focusing on peak hours from 8 - 10 hours and from 14 - 16 hours.
Youth volunteer teams of Dak Lak Provincial Police will participate in traffic flow and guide people to carry out administrative procedures according to the process.
At the same time, support people to perform basic operations on public devices; install and use the VNeID application, electronic identification account.
The volunteers also support people, businesses, organizations, and units in reporting and submitting periodic electronic reports, using specialized digital platforms.

Regarding the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, up to now, the Provincial Police have started construction of 3,942 houses.
Of which, 2,136 houses have been handed over to people for use and 358 houses are being prepared for construction.
Implementing a 30-day peak emulation campaign to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, affiliated units, Dak Lak Provincial Police set a goal of completing 4,285 houses for the people before August 15, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Quang Hieu - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police Department suggested that union members and association members need to further promote the spirit of volunteerism with the motto "Where the people need it - there is the police".
