On October 13, the Traffic Police Team (CSGT) of Cu M'gar area (under the Traffic Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police) worked with the driver of a pickup truck related to the collision with 2 male students and the driver fled.
The male driver was identified as Mr. H.K.H (residing in Quang Phu commune, Dak Lak province).
Previously, at around 6:00 p.m. on October 7, at the intersection of Ly Tu Trong - Le Huu Trac streets, in Quang Phu commune, driver H was driving a pickup truck and collided with a motorbike driven by T.V.T (11th grade student). On the motorbike, T was carrying a friend behind him.
The collision caused T to be seriously injured and lying unconscious in the rain. The victim was taken to a hospital in Dak Lak for emergency treatment but due to severe injuries, he was transferred to Ho Chi Minh City for treatment.
Driver H, after the accident, drove the car away from the scene, leaving the victim behind.
After that, the authorities searched and determined that driver H was involved in the above traffic collision. Next, driver H went to the police to report the incident.
Currently, the authorities have temporarily detained the vehicle and clarified the incident in accordance with legal regulations.
