Dak Lak - The police are investigating and clarifying the violations of individuals and groups occurring at Thang Loi Coffee Joint Stock Company.

On June 13, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a dialogue with representatives of contracted households at Thang Loi Coffee Joint Stock Company.

The content of the dialogue focused on long-term problems at the company, including the proposal to reclaim the area of 616.4 hectares of land associated with coffee cultivation, assigning the locality for management; Proposing to transfer all inspection records at the company to the police to investigate and clarify violations of related individuals and organizations; Proposing to revoke the business registration license granted to the company...

The Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate has provided additional information in the conclusion after inspecting Thang Loi Coffee Joint Stock Company.

The authorities have a legal basis to determine the value of the coffee garden for contracting to determine the enterprise value. Including a contract garden area of about 1,200 hectares and the equitization process of the enterprise.

Currently, departments, branches, and provincial police have begun investigating the management of violations of land and public assets and clarifying collective and individual responsibilities.

Speaking at the dialogue, Mr. Truong Cong Thai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: "The Prime Minister has requested to speed up the resolution of complicated cases before June 30, the Provincial People's Committee is urgently resolving outstanding and complicated cases in the area. Therefore, from now until the final conclusion, people will not file a lawsuit beyond the level".

According to the Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police and the Provincial Inspectorate are coordinating to receive relevant documents and prioritize the early settlement of the case at Thang Loi Coffee Joint Stock Company.

After having the final conclusion from the authorities, households will be invited to a meeting to disseminate information and resolve questions, ensuring legitimate rights.
