On May 28, Hue City Police held a ceremony to announce and award 12 decisions of the City Police Director on the work of mobilizing and appointing department-level commanding officers.
At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Hue City Police - announced the decisions to transfer 8 department heads and equivalents, transfer 2 deputy department heads and appoint 2 deputy department heads.
Accordingly, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Nguyen Luong Hoang was transferred to hold the position of Head of PA01 Department; Colonel Le Thi Hong Nhung held the position of Head of PA03 Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Lai Phuoc Loi held the position of Head of PX03 Department; Colonel Doan Minh Hai held the position of Head of PK02 Department.
Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hoan was transferred to hold the position of Head of PC03; Colonel Nguyen Viet Phuong held the position of Head of PC04; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Quoc Hai held the position of Head of PC06; Colonel Dang Khac Tuyen held the position of Head of PV06.
Hue City Police also transferred Lieutenant Colonel Tran Cong Quoc to hold the position of Deputy Head of PA09 Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Hung to hold the position of Deputy Head of PA03 Department.
At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Chi Hue was appointed as Deputy Head of PA02 Department; Major Le Van Lai was appointed as Deputy Head of PA05 Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Director of Hue City Police said that the transfer and appointment of cadres is carefully considered in terms of capacity, qualifications, work experience and task requirements in the new situation.
