At about 9:30 am on March 5, Tay Ho Ward Police (Hanoi) received a report about a girl climbing out of a high-rise building.
This person was identified as Ms. D. T. N. Q (born in 2000). According to initial information, due to some personal life problems, Ms. Q fell into a state of psychological crisis.
Immediately after receiving the information, Tay Ho Ward Police urgently sent officers and soldiers to the scene, and at the same time coordinated with Fire and Rescue Police Team No. 14 to deploy rescue measures.
At the scene, functional forces both implemented professional measures and persistently reassured and encouraged Ms. Q to stabilize her psychology. After a period of persuasion, Ms. Q calmed down and was supported by functional forces to be brought down safely.

According to Tay Ho Ward Police, Ms. Q's health and spirit have gradually stabilized. Functional forces continue to coordinate with her family to care for and support her, helping her overcome the difficult period soon.
The incident also shows the spirit of responsibility and proactiveness of the grassroots police force in ensuring safety for people, promptly handling situations arising in the area.
