On February 11, social networks shared a clip recording a security and order incident that occurred on Dinh Thi Thi street, in Van Phuc urban area, Hiep Binh ward.
According to the content of the clip, there are two men wearing security uniforms moving on a motorbike, approaching the car in traffic. After forcing the car to stop, one person stood blocking the front of the car, while the other person carried weapons, continuously cursing, threatening and challenging the driver.
