According to the content of the clip, a man wearing a dark shirt and black pants, holding an object resembling a machete in his hand, impacted another man who was not wearing a shirt, only wearing long pants. After being beaten, this person staggered and then fell to the ground.
Not stopping there, the man holding the weapon continued to kick the victim's face many more times, making the beaten person almost unable to get up. The whole incident took place in a short time, in an area with many container vehicles passing by.
Immediately after the clip was posted and spread, many social network users expressed outrage at the above-mentioned violent act, and at the same time requested functional agencies to soon intervene to verify and handle according to legal regulations.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Dan Hoa Commune People's Committee (Quang Tri province) said that the incident occurred in the area of Cha Lo International Border Gate located in the area, currently the Border Guard and related functional forces are conducting verification and clarification of the incident.
