Hanoi - Phung Khoang Lake Park has been officially put into operation to serve the people.

The joint venture of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Urban Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has just temporarily handed over the Phung Khoang Lake Park items to the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District.

In the document on temporary handover of the project into use, the parties agreed to put the Phung Khoang Lake Park project items (excluding the regulating lake item) into operation to serve the people from January 15.

The investor is responsible for continuing to complete the construction investment work according to the approved planning and construction design, ensuring the quality of the work according to regulations; reviewing, synthesizing, and completing the quality management records and legal records of the project according to regulations; performing the management, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire park, ensuring safety, security, order, environmental sanitation, and urban aesthetics when opening the park to serve the people.

Functional units of Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee coordinate with investors in ensuring order, security and safety during use.

Thus, with the handover of Phung Khoang Lake Park items to be put into operation to serve the people before the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the investor has completed ahead of schedule, fulfilling the order and commitment with the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh at the recent meeting of the Steering Committee of the City People's Committee to implement measures to prevent and combat waste (November 20, 2024).

Phung Khoang Lake Park (a project under the Phung Khoang Urban Area Construction Investment Project - a counterpart investment project implemented under the BT contract to build Le Van Luong Road) has a total investment capital of over VND 3,483 billion. The project started in 2016 but is behind schedule.
