From 0:00 on December 30 to 18:00 on December 31.
Alternative routes:
To move to avoid the car lane of Le Loi street currently used for organizing the above event, people participating in traffic can travel into the mixed lane of Le Loi street or parallel and adjacent roads of Le Loi street such as Ham Nghi and Le Thanh Ton streets to avoid Le Loi street.
Roads intersecting Le Loi street including Pasteur street, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Phan Boi Chau... are still circulating normally.
The Traffic Police Department reminds vehicle drivers when traveling through the program area to reduce speed and comply with the instructions of the traffic police force, the force participating in ensuring traffic order and safety or the traffic signal system on the road; do not stop or park on Le Loi street (mixed road) in the operating section or at intersections to see and obstruct traffic.
