On the evening of December 22, while on duty in Dinh Quan commune, Dong Nai province, the working group discovered 2 ambulances with license plates 49A-003.xx and 49A-004.xx traveling on National Highway 20 with priority rotating lights on, even though they were not allowed to use priority signals according to regulations.
After stopping the vehicle for inspection, the authorities determined that at the time of inspection, both ambulances were not carrying patients and were not performing emergency emergency emergency tasks.

Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against driver D.T.T.D. (26 years old, living in Lam Dong province), driving an ambulance with license plate 49A-003.xx; Driver D.V.H. (31 years old, residing in Lam Dong province), driving an ambulance with license plate 49A-004.xx for driving a vehicle with priority rights using a priority signal transmission device that is not in accordance with regulations.
The Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Province Police recommends that organizations and individuals managing and using priority vehicles must strictly comply with the provisions of the law, only turn on lights and give priority horns when they are actually performing their duties according to regulations, in order to ensure traffic order and safety and maintain the image and humanistic meaning of ambulances in rescue work.
