Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, at around 5.38 p.m. on June 26, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department, including Major Duy Van Hiep and Major Dang Thanh Tuyen, were performing patrol and control duties on Vo Chi Cong Street (Tay Ho District) when they received a request for support from Ms. Do Binh Minh (residing in Vinh Phuc Province).
According to information from Ms. Minh, her son, D.D (born in 2025), has a high fever and is suspected of being infected, and is being taken from Vinh Phuc province to the National Children's Hospital on an ambulance with license plate 30E-8 18.40.
Because the route at that time had a high density of vehicles, the family was worried about the child's critical condition, so they asked the traffic police to help guide them.
Immediately after receiving the information, the working group reported to the unit's Command Committee and used a specialized motorbike to guide the ambulance from the Vo Chi Cong - Nguyen Hoang Ton intersection to the National Children's Hospital (about 7km distance).
Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police, the ambulance crossed the crowded roads and promptly took the child to the hospital safely. Immediately afterwards, the child was received and treated by doctors.

The urgent and responsible actions of the traffic police officers not only contribute to protecting people's lives in emergency situations, but also spread a beautiful image of the dedicated traffic police officers, serving the people.
